Dear Valued Customer,

We deeply regret that our product did not meet your expectations. We are committed to your satisfaction, and this form has been created to ensure a seamless process for all exchange or return requests. Please be assured that we are here to assist you every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns for any perfume you are unsatisfied with, subject to the following conditions:

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
2. Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.

Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges apply to:

1. 10ML roll-ons
2. 50ML and 100ML perfume bottles

Non-Eligible Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for:

1. KIDS Fragrances
2. 5ML spray testers

Additional Notes:

This policy applies exclusively to online purchases.

If the cellophane, tester, or original box is missing or damaged beyond its original condition, nominal charges may apply.

For perfumes:

A small fee applies if up to 10% of the product has been used.

No charges are applied for negligible use.

If more than 10% of the product has been used, the return will unfortunately not be eligible.

• Box: 40 PKR 
• Tester: 60 PKR
• Fragrance Juice: 60 PKR
