We deeply regret that our product did not meet your expectations. We are committed to your satisfaction, and this form has been created to ensure a seamless process for all exchange or return requests. Please be assured that we are here to assist you every step of the way.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We gladly accept returns for any perfume you are unsatisfied with, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges apply to:
- 10ML roll-ons
- 50ML and 100ML perfume bottles
Non-Eligible Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for:
- KIDS Fragrances
- 5ML spray testers
Additional Notes:
This policy applies exclusively to online purchases.
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
For perfumes:
A small fee applies if up to 10% of the product has been used.
No charges are applied for negligible use.
If more than 10% of the product has been used, the return will unfortunately not be eligible.

To ensure your return aligns with our guidelines, please use the following checklist. Applicable charges for missing or damaged items are as follows:
- Cellophane: 15 PKR
- Box: 40 PKR
- Tester: 60 PKR
- Fragrance Juice: 60 PKR
